    Chicken and salad, lots of it.

    Breakfast: 1 weetabix with milk and sugar. Few sips of tea.

    Snack: Bread and butter.

    Lunch: 11" vegetarian pizza. Orange juice.

    Snack: Packet of original flavour hula hoops. 2 chicken samosas and one spring roll.

    Dinner: Nando's 1/2 chicken with chips. Glass of coke. Slice of rasberry sponge cake. Mug of tea.

    Breakfast was poached eggs and kippers and tea

    Lunch was just nibbles really, some salami and pickles

    Dinner was home made lamb curry

    Tea- rest of cottage cheese plus a peach

    Came off nights so appetite odd

    Bragging is one of those things that's in the eye of the beholder. though.

    Say you told me you had just spent a few hundred quid on the latest i-phone or whatever new phone you had bought, I wouldn't see that as bragging because I have less than zero interest in that sort of thing. But I have no doubt that anyone who would love one, but who can't afford one would see it as bragging.

    Putting the shoe on the other foot, if you told me you'd spent the same amount of money on one Japanese cooking knife, I would see that as bragging, because I would certainly covet such a thing, myself. But I cant afford one.
    Other folk would think spending such an amount of money on one knife was the act of a blithering half wit with too much money, of course. :D

    All about your own view of the inherent desirability of a thing, I suppose

    drinks , coffee and squash in between

    lasagne ( homemade ;) and wedges, a caramel yogert and fry's choc cream

    Breakfast: Porridge made with milk, sprinkled with cinnamon with some sultanas stirred in (perfect for a cold, snowy day)

    Lunch/Dinner: went to wahacas and had:

    2 chicken tinga tacos
    2 pork pilbul tacos
    1 pork & chorizo quesadilla
    1 sweet potato & feta tacquito
    Some spicy red slaw
    A glass of cranberry infused flower water

    Snack: 170g pot of 0% Total yoghurt with 100g blueberries and a few spoonfuls of homemade muesli

    Lunch: Roast chicken with rice and mixed vegetables. Glass of coke.

    Dinner: 2 Parathas with chicken and mixed vegetables. Glass of orange juice. Magnum's classic ice cream bar.

    Snack: M&S Vanilla Pumpkin Seeds

    Dinner: Cauliflower, Broccoli, Aubergine and courgette in a harissa, cumin and cinnamon tomato sauce with couscous

    Snack: Ben & Jerrys Winter Berry Brownie ice cream

    Breakfast: Boiled egg with two slices of toast, coffee and orange juice

    Lunch: Fish (haddock) in breadcrumbs, oven chips and peas with bread n butter, glass of wine

    Snack (mid afternoon): Scone with jam and cream

    Tea: Rather late as been busy, but just having a cheese n pickle sandwich now with crisps!

    Lunch: Vegetarian dim sum (2 potato cakes, 2 spring rolls, 5 dumplings). Glass of coke.

    Snack: Cup of tea. 1/2 scone with jam.

    Dinner: Chicken with mixed vegetables and rice. Glass of water.

    It was one of those massive cookies, not the size you get in biscuit packets. :p

    But yeah, I often don't eat whole portions which is why even though I list so many things I eat every day, I'm still slim. :)
