Why would anyone think this is a good look?

To me this isn't a good look. Shirts just don't look right with all the buttons done up but no tie. And it is way too tight in an ill fitting way.

    It just looks like a more feminine take on the now-past-its-sell-by-date male trend of button-down collar shirts fastened up to the top button, usually worn by those with a Victorian father "hipster" beard, trousers roll ups, dress shoes with no socks, and lots of tattoos.

    Looks like a seventies picture to be honest. The decade that taste forgot..:D
