I saw Gary Barlow's new album cover (here) and couldn't help thinking how much better he looks nowadays. I think Britney Spears looks better too. Madonna's gotten worse IMO. Who do you think has improved with time?

Kate Bush. People will slat her for being overweight but I think she looks lovely, and to see a woman her age (55) in the music industry who hasn't gone crazy with botox, fillers, etc, is very refreshing these days. There's something very warm and honest about the way she presents herself.
