Such a heartwarming story.

I have followed this story this week and it was nice to just see them live just now on the BBC1 news.
The Just Giving page set up by Jaspers owner is doing so well for the Wasdale Mountain Rescue team.

So glad they are reunited. Thank goodness for the wonderful Wasdale Mountain Rescue Team.
I've been up there loads of times, I'm surprised there was anyone up there at 2am at this time of year.
I had not heard about this dog, maybe it was as it was in Scotland it did not get as much press down here in England.
This is some info on her.

I have heard of dogs turn up years later after being lost.
I am glad that Jaspers owner set up that Just Giving page, it is getting lots of donations for the rescue team.
Sadly for some reason Tess and Fraser (her dad) have never been given the same amount of.publicity. Fraser has now been paired up with a new working Guide Dog. It is believed that Tess may now not be around the Nairn area so all publicity regarding Tess can only be a good thing. There are Facebook groups set up especially to publicize the disappearance of Tess, a much loved family pet as well as the working eyes for her dad.
fab news, well done to the rescue team
I read all the info on the link I linked before, it is all so sad.
I am glad Fraser has a new dog/helper/friend.
