Perhaps MS should advertise for some amateur astronomers...

I keep Windows Updates on manual, so I see a notification for these two in the system tray but just ignore them now.

I thought I was going nuts.
On my lap top I've now down loaded them three times.
I now realize it's Microsorft, not me.
    What should I do?

they didn't but they have now
    KB2810048
    KB2760411
    KB2760588

which were all successfully installed are now showing again.

..and again and again, everytime, in fact, I reboot.
Makes my Download History look a bit silly.
    :)

Switch Windows Updates to the manual install option, then do nothing - but remember to check and maybe switch back to auto install at some point in the future.

I've not had any problems, but I see these are only related to MS Office.

I have automatic updates: less for me to bother about - a bit like Direct Debits.

I know there are some people who are paranoid about both :D

No problems here. It did the usual big update and then after rebooting, it had a single update for MS Office 2010, which I let it install last night.

It now says that my computer is up to date.

No, you shouldn't have anything. The updates which are acting up relate to Office 2007.

It seems that they may have resolved this problem. I am no longer being offered the three Office 2007 updates this morning. Are other users finding the same?

Yes seems like the problem has been solved. The updates have disappeared from my list.

Must be just before they resolved the problem.
My History looks silly with triplicate entries for these three.
    Does it matter?
