Russell on Big Mouth during BB7 was some of the best TV I've ever seen. I used to love his mad ball bags, lads!, the swine! etc nonsense. BB got lucky. Among all the mediocrity a sub-standard drivel, they somehow unearthed (by accident) and true comedy legend.
Sad to see what has become of RB now, living in Hollyweird, no longer active on the womanising scene, shacked up with that dreadful singer.
Russel Brand is a terrifyingly clever man, and too good for BBBM.
His radio show was one of the wittiest and intellectual things I've ever heard on UK broadcast.
I always used to hate him, because I presumed he was this bouffant arrogant idiot. He really really isn't.
I loved him from the beginning, however outrageous at times he gets.
I am not sure how he is doing now...does he still have the radio show? bbc2?

BBBM was a success because of him, I never watched the bbbm after he left, except one....its horrendous, those whatever or whomever they are, and the rapping...everything are frenzied attempts at trying to appear manic and in wif the times...failing miserably in my eyes.
