iPod Touch won't connect to iTunes Store

My iTouch has given up connecting to the iTunes Store over WiFi. It gave up connecting the You Tube a long time ago and now I'm having the same problem with iTunes.
I'm simply getting a message saying 'cannot connect to itunes store' when pressing the iTunes button.
I have tried updating iTunes on my PC and syncing. Doesn't work.
I've tried resetting all settings. Doesn't work.
I've tried resetting the network DNS to 8.8.8.8. Doesn't work.
I've tried connecting to a different WiFi network. Same problem.
Safari still connects.
Anyone got any ideas?
