I don't like Sinead, as it were. I think she's a fantastic character though. I also appreciate that they haven't suddenly made her really nice after everything with Esther. She knows what she did and I can't see her doing something like that again, but it doesn't mean she's going to change who she is.
I've never not liked Sinead, actually. I just was pretty indifferent to her back during the Sinbart/Jason years and I didn't like Esther enough to hate Sinead for the bullying.
But I was first struck by how good Steph is during the wedding crash, and then in the Bart departure buildup. And now I absolutely adore her.
And it's a fabulous thing she's being featured so much now from week to week it seems, but the one irritating thing about that is how much I want that for Ste too .
I really do wonder where they must be going with him. It does feel like it's headed for if not an exit, then leaving town for awhile and then dropping a house on Mercedes months down the line.

I wish he would leave he crossed the line when he threatened Ste with Brendan's line lol. He's been there for a year right so maybe the whole Lindsey thing will be a build up to his exit.
I don't actually like Sinead, but I find her a very believable character, and I think Steph is excellent, so although I don't like her I like watching her. Actually I never used to like watching her back in the Sinbart days, in spite of Steph's acting; I think it was a case of her being tainted by Bart (and by the whole teen group thing), so there was nothing she could do to make me enjoy it. Losing that lot, and having her interact with other actors, has made all the difference for me.
I'm not going to say it's interesting, but it's obvious they're trying to do something here with Joe having his dark past.
He and Lindsey seem as in love and rock solid as we're being told though, so I guess it's when this dark past stuff comes up, that would be when they move Mercedes in there.
And I don't think they'd kill off Paul right now, I'm sure they want to keep him around at least for him to go and come back at some point, but this story track they're on now is headed for a breaking point after the wedding with everyone knowing he killed Lynsey.

Definitely. The Sinbart stuff was unwatchable. It was really, really bad and no one could make that crap work.

Thank you both!
I missed this thread greatly, I should have came back and I should have at least said bye when I decided to give up DS. Sorry about that
Aw don't worry it happens. It's nice when people pop back again.
I appreciated it.
I'm really glad that we're getting Stony.:o
(Emma/Emmett Tv...)
I dislike her for some reason I have no clue why lol

It's largely Steph D as to why I like her.
She's one of the few characters I do like.
Sniffing bottoms in the park.

I bet she and Joe take him down.

I wonder if they'd get rid so fast?

Freddie can be the real love of her life
Freddie can adore Sinead and Katy and be Ste's best friend and partner and get naked as often as possible.
