That scene went on for what seemed like 10 minutes. Which was 9 minutes and 55 seconds too long. And the message it sent out was, we're a bit short on drama tonight, so here's some shit filler.

He's distractingly camp when he was supposed to be a "non camp" character. I'm not sure he's trying to act gay - I think the actor might be gay himself (just an impression I got from his tweets).
