I'm guessing it will be a local show for local people
Seriously??
I though this was scraping the bottom of the barrel a little bit. First Allsop then Barton now him
No point them being on they're 5th in the poles now? BEHIND the loony Green Party?
Conservative secretary of state for Wales David Jones MP
Labour's shadow minister for care and older people Liz Kendall MP
Plaid Cymru's Hywel Williams MP
Assistant Editor of The Spectator Isabel Hardman
Businessman Nev Wilshire
I wonder how Nev's style of management, as seen on telly, will go down with the QT audience....
Whatever happened to those nice LibDems?
It is probably more the fact that The Call Centre is in the middle of its second series on BBC 3.
Nev's not the sharpest tool in the box. At least he'll be interesting to watch.
People still watch BBC 3?
Yeah, perhaps I should clarify my first comment.
I think he'll be funny and irritate the likes of Liz Kendall & Isabel Hardman (okay women in general). I expect him to tell them to "shut up" if not "get out". He's a big cog in a small machine normally - I'd expect him to be out of his depth when it comes to say debating pension reform with the likes of Hywel Williams
Who?
They're led by Nick Pegg or something.. Nope I've never heard of them either lol
The bias is shocking!
Ditto.
You get the odd one or two who are articulate, knowledgeable and can actually grasp and engage in the subject. Jo Brand comes to mind, even though I rarely agree with her.
But when it comes to footballers, reality TV participants or self serving narcissists (looking at you Russell) I am at a loss as to why I should bother to watch.
I 'get' the idea that the BBC want to include the voice of the "person on the street" but instead of representing that with some celebrity bunghole who the QT bookers could find to fill a whole at short notice, how about actually getting a "person on the street" to sit on the panel.
He came across as a bit of a tit but soon changed his tune when he was quizzed on his company's cold calling case.
Oh right - but wasn't that the BNP? (I don't really pay attention to the crank candidates though I did see David Such live once)
please not an hours of Welsh issues.
At least we won't get a "Yawn... England again" post.
