  Its a disgrace that a woman of Lindsay Coulson's talents is treated to crap like this. Is the storyline even going anywhere? I think its a sad lame attempt to recreate that Dan/Bianca/Carol affair only this time between grandaughter and grandmother.

  I can see that the writers are trying to show how Billy's friend and his mother find comfort in each other (maybe as some form of coping mechanism for their grief) but their relationship doesn't work for me, it's not believable, too out of character even for a grieving Carol, and I'm not bothered about the fate of it.
  
  And I couldn't give two hoots if Whitney is hurt in the process - she treated Peter like crap and is generally not very likeable.

  It seems anything goes in the media these days - all for shock appeal I suppose. These things have always gone on in private obviously but if we`ve had to be exposed to people of the same sex doing kisses and whatnot, I don`t see why we can`t be exposed to a couple kissing who are of different generations. But all too much information IMO.
