6° C here too, snow hanging on in the back garden and where it was piled up by the road. 9 °C forecast tomorrow, that seemed very unlikely when I was crusted with snow after a walk this afternoon.

Hopefully that will be the last snow of the winter.

I'm not sure we will ever get around to it but episode three of The Americans.
    Thanks :)

I will watch it on my own if we do not have time.

No doubt we will try it when we have finished with HOC.

I reckon the beef is the easier option for mass catering.

Only a few episodes to go with HOC.

That was my first thought but hearing what Michael is saying about being able to pre part cook the lamb is an advantage to him.

He is cooking celeriac, I made a celeriac and potato mash yesterday, not as tasty as expected using about 2/3 celriac to 1/3 potato.

Wonder if the 120 punters coming have been told there's no vegetarian option.

Hard to know how BB Canada starting in a couple of weeks will affect our viewing schedule. We may end up watching nothing, just the highlight shows, or some live feed too.

Not a wise option, potato purée with steak, I would prefer sauté spuds or a baked creamy dish..

MPW being very irritating as always.

I wonder if LF will be available.

Even if it is Canada is not the easiest place to get it from.

He says one thing at least seven times.

Little wonder he is a TV turn off.

Canadians are good at providing feeds for US BB, I hope they continue that way.

I would have enjoyed both starters, looked lovely.

Steak is not such a good choice now, what if the diners want different degrees of cooked?

They are providing for a large market with BB:US but is the Canadian version going to be watched by Americans. If it isn't even the highlight shows may be tough to stream and we may end up having to watch like we did with BB:Australia.

Some Canadian cities are close to the US border, I think there are enough BB fans in the USA to find some willing to stream or upload shows soon after broadcast.

Just finished MC, it is a shame one of them had to go.

Ramsay is an emotional sort, no great claim to have made him cry.

Next week, catering for Aussie cowboys. Shades of MC US and Christine sitting alone on a stool.

    Goodnight Tan :)

I did not bother putting my green bin out Monday night, not many maggots breeding in this weather.

Downloading them should be easy enough and as you say streaming if we are lucky may not also be a problem.

I'm not that confident about the streaming though.

We will just have to wait and see, I think I will stick to just the main shows, not look for any LF unless they start the US trick of post eviction show HoH challenges.
