Another Muslim mother and 4 kids missing

From their home in London. As usual "the police are concerned for the safety of". They have them on CCTV at an airport and believe they're on their way to Syria.

Why waste time and resources on these people.:confused: Her kids, her decision, her problem. And don't ever let them back in this country.

As usual, no mention of a husband.

    Her choice, yes. Her kids have no say in the matter so as a country we should be concerned and doing what we can to stop it. Then the kids should be brought back to the country they know and safety.
    It boggles my mind when parents decide the best thing for their children is to move to a war zone!

    Explain how? It's a statement of the facts as they are atm. I am usually one to say if someone is racist or being a bigot, but the thread title is not imo.

    It's odd the same people who get upset by this are the same people who don't want Muslims in this country

    Saheera Tariq and 4 kids. BBC say now 40 women and kids have travelled to Syria in the last year.

    Either would be fine, and in no way racist, if the reason for them going missing was believed to be related to their religion.

    We should be worried for the kids, they have no choice in this. Her choice or not, she is making them do this.

    Totally different scenario. That woman was abducting her children. The one related to this thread is doing something far different and a danger to her kids future well being.

    I wonder how we would have regarded German or Japanese sympathisers in the last war. I expect Lord haw haw got even handed treatment.. We are far too lenient in this country. In the west in fact.
