Morning all! Have de-lurked to say how abysmal this site looks now and how unpleasant it is to use. They have self-sabotaged. The smilies are useless, but I think the mods didn't like them anyway so are likely to be quite happy if no-one uses them.
Why on earth this need for change when the old place was absolutely fine? Also, on my subscribed threads I can't find a View First Unread thread button and have to go to last page and work from there.
Morning all..........This layout is horrible & I told DS so last night on FB!
It looks like DS let loose the IT work experience person & he/she has royally fecked up the entire layout & run away with the original programme format. The colours are far too dull. DS was always about the dark blue. What are they thinking! :mad:
As for the smilies......don't get me started on them!

Quiet here so far after yesterday's fun and games, tear gas, water cannon etc, tv station invasions and general mayhem.

Just popped in to say that this place (Thailand) is utterly, totally bonkers.
Last night and all day yesterday there were riots with tear gas
and rubber bullets. Today they were expected to try to storm
police HQ, with more violence inevitable. Except that the police took
their riot gear off, moved the barricades and
opened the gates. And then stood back smiling and handing
out roses to the protesters.......

Were you on DS the last time they changed the format? Tom Miller had just gone on holiday & someone decided it would be a really good idea to completely overhaul the layout etc. It was a disaster & Tom had to come back from holiday to get it changed back to the original design. This doesn't appear to be the case this time!

I am now seeing the end of the posts, they changed something this morning and I don't appear to have the black line anymore which is a mystery if you are still getting a limited view. Even so there is an awful lot of hassle for people which was quite unnecessary in the first place, bring back the old version is what I say.
Edit - having reviewed my post the end has gone off the page, losing the will to live here.

I would at the very least have expected a response to the complaints made about the new format. Nothing! That smacks to me of arrogance & a case of if you don't like it, sod off.
