Is Vodafone the worst Online set up?

Sorry for the confusing title.

I have been a Vodafone customer for many years I have 4 lines in total on my account. Yet their online set up is just the worst ever.

The webpage is always slow, you click a link it never opens, you try and change details online and it tells you you can't. Even though it has sent you their to update those details.

I cant work out why it is so badly set up.

Are they all as bad or do any of the other operators have an easier to use website?

    it's useless isn't it. it's so slow it's barely worth having.

    you plod through it only for the feature you want not to be working.

    It is maddening.....you would think that 6 billion they saved could buy a good website! ...... joking aside it is so frustraiting trying to deal with anything online with them.

    Am still arguing with them over what the site says my account is & what their accounts department wants it to be.
    They no longer feel my price plan exists, Guess who benefits from that errror?

    Its only slow on the infomation you need regarding your account, See how quick the upgrade link is :D
