Who does Horse racing better The BBC or C4

I have been a horse racing fan for. Almost all my life

Don't get me wrong the BBC do it well

But for me Channel 4 is where the action is

C4 have done it brilliantly well for many many years

Their coverage is fast paced edge of your seat stuff

TV racing would be nothing without John Mcririck and his madcap style along with the rest of that superb team

Long may they continue

If only Channel 4 would bring that classic theme tune back for it's coverage

    I'm a BBC man myself, mainly because they seem to retain the classics like The Grand National, and the Derby. I like Channel 4, but can't stand the constant ad breaks, especially when they involve the stupid grinning faces for that betting company, and Mylene Klass flaunting it in Dubai! :mad:

    I always thought it the only sport itv/ch4 did better than the BBC

    Dont get me wrong the BBC do a good job but its Channel 4 for me and luckily enough the local pub is a horse racing pub (bookies next door) so we always get to see the races on the big screen, thats most Saturday afternoons sorted :-)
