    Not sure, but I have watched it quite a few times, and I seem to remember that they have some kind of discussion about time experiments and how the Timelords may not acknowledge that they sent the Doctor.

    I'm probably wrong though.

    then its about Doc 3 in the Mutants, but I can't remember the name of the character, not having seen it since broadcast :o

    I can't remeber all the programme just some bits of scenes and dialogue, but it has stuck with me :)
