I'm having lasagne too, that's two Saturday nights in a row. Am I becoming you?!

I'm going to try and recreate some bread i've had at Prezzo a few times to go with it. It's garlic bread with caramelised balsamic onions and mozzarella (I don't have any mozzarella though!)

About to go down to my local takeaway for pizza. There's a Chinese and a pizza/fast food takeaway by my house.

Had a ton of fresh tagliatelle left over from last night, so I've just tossed it in a spinach, San Marzano and feta cheese medley I had cooking.

Threw my first little dinner party last night and did roasted lamb chump chops with garlic and thyme, roast potatoes, green beans, asparagus and carrot and courgette ribbons followed by Eton mess!
Tonight is scrambled egg, bacon, beans and toast :D

Off out tonight with work peeps to a Gastro pub. They do amazing vegetarian dishes, so I'll probably go for something veggie tonight :)

A Middle Eastern style Shepherd's pie with griddled aubergine & courgette & a saffron yoghurt.

A Hairy Bikers' recipe - I'm substituting the lamb mince with Quorn to make it veggie - awaits another complaint of wind from my husband who would love the lamb, but one I haven't got any and another thing, I'm not making two! Cruel aren't I?:o

Mrs. Bleads is coming home tonight so I'm doing tuna tartare with wasabi and avocade, coriander and spring onion pancakes and daikon salad.

Quorn tacos tonight with lots of lettuce and toms and a bit of cheese, I've got a bit of a thing for these at the moment and they're really good for lunch the next day.

Changed my mind. Sometimes, just sometimes, only egg & chips will do. May even have some frozen peas and a bit of bread & butter. Fed up of being good.....:)

Back to the healthy bollocks tomorrow!:)
