Tom Spilsbury (DWM editor) tweeted that he hasn't heard there's to be an announcement tomorrow. That doesn't mean there won't be one, I'm not getting my hopes up though. Wouldn't surprise me if this whole thing was just a wind-up! We shall see

Gleeson, just played a Time Traveller in a Richard Curtis written film that's had it's release date pushed back to November. Waiting for the extra publicity maybe ?;)
Kaluuya is too young IMO.
So out of those three I say Gleeson looks the best bet and the Doctor could finally get to be ginger.
He would of course be the first Non British Doctor as well.

People did start putting bets on him before the actual announcement so his name must have been out there at least a little early.
