Slow start but I'm warming to the characters, really good cast especially Melanie Hill, Anthony Edwards, Lenny Henry and Elizabeth Berrington

Yeah it was entertaining enough. Still don't know whether they won 14 or 40 million.

I think the figure was just under 14 and half million quid

I see thanks. Not very much for a Euromillions rollover draw. They are usually much higher. It won't leave them with much after paying off the £6 million debt.

    I enjoyed that.
Anthony Andrews' character is just lovely and his step-son is an arse and a half and his wife is the worst kind of snob. She married up and thinks that makes her classy.
    Nope.
Mind, I'd give my eye teeth for that beautiful green dress she had on for the dinner. It was absolutely spectacular.
I've never seen Lenny Henry acting in anything before, think he did a pretty good job.
Pretty Scottish horseboy and Melanie Hill's daughter will surely get together.
OwweRamy, little Miss Scarborough is doooooooooooooomed.

Good stuff. Roll on next week

I wonder if Amy will pretend she's been kidnapped to extort money from her mum now that she knows she has all this money.

If all the numbers were based on birthdays, then there'll probably be a large number of winning tickets.

Not a particular fan of Lenny but think this might be his first serious role on TV.
He did "Hope and Glory" (a kinda precursor to Waterloo Road) where he played the headmaster of a struggling school.

    I enjoyed this.

I agree with everything you say.

I tuned in because Anthony Andrews was in it and thought it was very good. All the characters were great. Roll on next week so 😄

Are they going to fall out because they're not in a legal syndicate?
