So let's hope that McDonald gives all three plenty of game time. Byrne can play as RB or AMR, Parret is a box to box CM and Loungo is principally used as a DM but is flexible enough to be a box to box CM or even a second striker.

These lads are playing for a place in our first team squad next season. If they don't impress at Swindon I expect them to be sold or released in the summer.

All three were involved today and played well, according to Swindon manager Kevin MacDonald

I'm not really expecting much from today's game, in all honesty. the international break coupled with our recent blip and Arsenal being at home to the worst team in the league is a recipe for trouble IMO

There's a rumour that Lloris has suffered a broken arm. :(

He's definitely not playing today ..

Team: Friedel, Walker, Vertonghen, Dawson, Naughton, Dembele, Parker, Lennon, Sigurdsson, Bale & Adebayor

Subs: Archer, Caulker, Assou-Ekotto, Huddlestone, Livermore, Holtby & Defoe

Good to see Daws, Lennon and Bale all back. Still slightly bemused as to why Holtby doesn't start more often but hey ho.

Naughton in for Benni again. I can see the logic, as Benni has not regained his old form since coming back from injury.

Adebayor up front instead of Defoe. Neither have done much of late, so hopefully today that will change, but it is a tough game.

Yeah, fingers crossed it is - really don't want to lose him for the run in.

Vertonghen really is a proper footballer, and I would very much like to have his children.

    That is all.

Not sure how Dyer missed there. We cant get over confident just yet. A long way to go.

We need to hang on until half time now. We are under a lot of pressure.

I think Gylfi's improved form and Holtby running out of stamina in the second half of games has something to do with it!

Great run from Bale on the edge of our box that ended with a shot hitting the post.

Holtby on for Gylfi. We need to get a grip.

    5 more minutes. How?

Fantastic tackle from Bale in front of our goal when I thought they would score.

Kicking off between the benches. Very tense.

What a great win, but so hard to watch, like many of our matches this season.
