Is it me or does everyone that has any type of surgery or operation always pipes up with the following....

My sergeon is the best in the country

Is this lies the NHS just tell people to make them feel comfy?

Welcome to Lake Wobegon, where all the women are strong, all the men are good-looking, and all the children are above average and all the surgeons are top?

If your surgeon works in Harley Street, maybe.

I've never heard anyone make such a claim up here in Middlesbrough.

Friend of mines dad was murdered, he was one of the top skin specialists in the country, teesside uni was one of the top places to go do nursing and James cook hospital is a great hospital, one of the best.

It's not all doom and gloom in the Boro :)
