I think realistically if she reacted to every "creative" story she'd never be out of court. I don't think it makes them true (although who knows) but i think the reason obviously for reacting against the 17 entirely fictitious Star articles (11 of 17 funnily enough written by the same person) was that it clearly showed part of a bigger effort to defame and discredit.
