How's it going? Has the change to TalkTalk happened yet, and if so, has it gone smoothly. If not, have you had the letter explaining what's going on?

I'm hoping fibre to the cabinet will be available to me by the time the issue is forced.
Either way I'm not going to TalkTalk after experiencing their Indian call centre customer service.
