  No I haven't. In fact I haven't seen many foreign homeless people at all. Aren't most homeless people British?

  It's not unusual to see Chinese sitting down having a rest. When I was in Hong Kong, that was a common sight, and they were not homeless.

  Believe me they exist in China. My friend has just returned from Bejiing and the subways are full of them as the welfare state doesn't exist for them like it does in this Country. Lecture over, please resume.

  Im not saying they don't exist, I was saying its not uncommon to see people taking a rest like this.
