No channels

HDR-FOXT2 working normally last night. Now says no channels. Aerial feed routed to Samsung UE40D6530 shows all channels found. Have powered down, done factory reset and tried searching to channels with none found. Do I have a hardware fault or is there something I can do before contacting Humax?
