Hi,
Hope this is in the right place; just wondering whether anyone else has had issues with not being notified of the recent acquisitions of other rental companies.
We spoke with ours in July and agreed a lower rental price; now it appears that on the 17th of that month the company sold its rental department but 'forgot' to update so we have been charged the higher rate since then.
Now today I have spent an hour and all of my patience being passed from pillar to post without any luck at all.
Id be interested to hear of anyone else's experiences.
