tried to get an answer on another thread last week with no success,
perhaps telly-man , nigel or others might have answer.
i recently purchased the above box worked well until last week but then when turned off at mains and back on again loses all but about 5 channels
you have to re scan and keep it on standby or it will happen every time
also i tried re booting and going back to factory settings but no success
can anyone help please
