Using Ipad To Charge MIFI dongle?

Is it possible to use the special usb connection adapter from my ipads charging point to charge my mifi dongle on it?

I'm not using the ipads charger, I'm talking about using my mifi's usb charger lead to connect to my ipads charging point using a special usb adapter
