Oh dear Jess, that was pretty pathetic.

If she's a Solicitor I'm Robin Van Persie

Anne showing no mercy and demolishing this team.

Well done Kayleigh, she did the right thing going for the £40K.

I don't expect her to win but she gets lots of respect for having a go.

First time I've watched this in months but nothing changes, she let her through. The Guy Mannering question is well known.:confused:

Thought she went for the higher amount because she didnt want to face the chaser on her own but fair play to her she did ok, would have been great if she could have pulled it off, the bloke who took the low offer and didnt get one question right is the worst player ive seen

Question to the "public" - "Give me PI to the 15th integer"

Question to the "Chaser" - What red top newspaper which has page 3 is owned by Rupert Murdoch - and here's a clue - the second word is Sun?

Eggheads works to the same "formula".

Do you actually watch The Chase?

I'm not trying to be funny or sarcastic but in the Final Chase there are 2 sets of questions with the team given the choice of 'A' or 'B'. Both sets contain a mixture of simple, fairly easy and fairly hard questions. I don't watch Eggheads so can't comment on that.

    When were those questions asked?

Eggheads is a massive con. That old woman in it, she'll get asked a question about, say astro science, and say "Well Jeremy, that's not my subject, but is the answer 4.3252454%?" and Jeremy will go, oh, blimey, that's right. It's almost if you can hear someone on a wire telling her the answer. Still saves the Beeb a few bob.

Contestant wins on the Chase are far more common than contestant wins on Eggheads. The most recent win for example was against the statistically strongest Chaser (Anne) on an average score. (15 Steps).

    It's a lot fairer.

Genuinely thought she was going to get into the 20s for a bit! Such a calm, steady performance.

One of the best performances from a single player.
