And that's saying something. Horrible miming and all the finalists out of tune.

    If it was miming, how was it out of tune? :D

    It was horrible but I liked my faves. :D

    Why do they do the group performances? They are either crap, cheesy or cringey. Not seen a decent one yet and it's all a bit 'end of term' for me

    I know they were miming, but you know something's gone wrong when you prefer the eliminated contestants to the finalists :p

    Actually I thought Cher was the best there - Rebecca and Matt both sounded awful.

    Rebecca was miming the high notes at the end. One Direction sounded like 50 guys again. But Matt and Cher did appear to be live. I actually feel bad for Matt, his vocals are horrible, he's still sick.

    It was shambles. They all struggled. Cher got lucky singing/speaking rap.

    Despite it being a dancey song, Rebecca remained rooted to the spot.

    Worst line up for a final ever. I'm still watching tho!

    this was an exercise in mediocrity (at best, and that is over-inflating it somewhat). I like X factor a lot but to all those critics who doubt the talent that the show can showcase, well they would quite rightly be right on the strenght of this appalling piece of crap.

    Here's hoping the solos will be good.

    There are still deluded people out there who think these acts are going to be successful recording artists after the show :D
