    Tom is so lovely and proves you don't have to be arrogant be a top chef and earn respect. His food looks like you might actually want to eat it too :D

    This is going to be closer than I thought and I like them both :)

    If I lived in the UK I would consider going to his place to experience Michelin standard dining in a less pretentious environment with prices that would be a bit more than normal, but which wouldn't break the bank for a really nice treat.

    And duck fat chips have me sold!
