Repairing scratched camera lense - Samsung Galaxy

I currently have a Samsuag Galaxy Ace Plus and have scratched the camera lense. It has ruined the camera function. Can this be repaired and will it cost me a lot of money?
I have done a search on the internet but I am cluless and don't know what I'm looking for.

Otherwise, depending on the depth of the scratch, you could try 'Jewellers Rouge' (it's a paste) to polish away the scratch. It worked a treat on one of my watches, but, I guess the small size of the lens might pose a problem......
