Funny tummy feeling...................

And before someone even says it - I AM GOING TO THE DOCTOR ON MONDAY about this - but anyone else ever had funny tummy flutterings, almost like a rippling - this has been going on for a week now - def not pregnant but I imagine this feeling is something like a baby moving inside. Very strange and rather weird.
Have made a huge effort this week to eat no bread, have hot water, no fizzy drinks and certainly not over eat.

I get that too and I usually just ignore it. I've never been pregnant.

I do hope so. Just don't understand how it's been like it since Monday!

At this stage it's probably due to anxiety.

I know I am being silly. Never had anything like it before that's all.

Yes, I had an episode of it last year. Really thought I may be pregnant as it felt the same. Unfortunately I wasn't, but it was strange. Not happened since.

It's not silly, but worrying might make it worse as will undereating. I get it sometimes and it can last for a few days on and off (I have IBS and other, womeny, stomach issues so I tend to put anything stomach related down to that). Try some antacid and see if that settles it.

Thanks very much for peoples comments - it feels much better today although it woke me up in the night.
Have seen lots of comments on other websites that this is fairly common and I am not alone! Was just totally freaked out by what felt like something inside me!

Honestly - I expect nothing less from some of the people on here - I guess some people need to feel big and clever!

It's probably wind. It's actually quite common to feel it "passing through" if you get enough of it. Anxiety can make you swallow air which makes it worse.
