Ian Hyland The Mail on Sunday - Why on Earth did they sign him up?

Seemingly he wrote for the NOTW and was available following its closure but I can't understand why the MoS signed him up to do a crap TV column in the Sunday supplement mag that has a classy look about it and keeps winning awards.

His column (apart from being about TV shows for morons) looks like it should be in some comic like The Mirror or The Star not a classy looking mag.

He's actually quite amusing but not as amusing as Ally Ross in The Sun. A lot of these ex-News of the World hacks have been signed up by rival newspapers.
