I bought my dad an LG Chocolate for his birthday the other day, but we can't seem to get it to send and recieve picture messages. I've downloaded the settings, but it's still not happening. It's with t-mobile. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    What happens when you try to send a message? What error do you get?

    It doesn't send it just fails, and when I recieve one it just tells me to go online to recieve it. I've been on the phone to t-mobile all day and everytime they say they'll put me through to an engineer and it just disconnects :mad:

    Ask T-Mobile to make sure MMS is actually active on his account.

    When you say "it just fails", surely some message must appear on screen. Or how would you know it had failed?
