Same happened with Jericho when the pre-airs got leaked onto the net. A lot of people who knew they were there grabbed them and then didn't bother watching when they aired on CBS. The DirecTV episodes have been 'around' since airing. Again, I'd imagine that a lot of people who watch the show have already gotten them and watched them, and didn't bother catching them on NBC.
A shame really. Always wondered about a Friday night slot for the show as well. Given the nature of the show, wouldn't a lot of people who might watch the show, be actually out watching/playing 'friday night' football?

You mean DirecTV. Comcast is a US cable provider that doesn't have anything to do with FNL.:)
i fear we have seen the last episode of FNL

i would have hoped FNL fanbase was rabid enough to watch both airings
lets just hope directtv partnership is still cost effective for nbc
On the bright side, it beat EVERYTHING on the CW!
To be fair, CBS aside, NOTHING does particularly well on Friday nights.
still..if it doesnt keep nbc in running for 2nd place it doesnt bode well
i hope dollhouse can do ok at 9pm!!!!!!
whats there at moment? whats it getting?
Anyway, sort of new Friday Night Lights!!
