Norway and Belgium both sounded better tonight. The running order isn't the only factor. Its an inoffensive winner and a song that will be a minor hit at Ibiza foam parties then forgotten about that counts, by the looks of it.

Poor Suzy and Tanja by the way! ORF were a bloody mess, it was one big cringe!

The beta story of the night that's been forgotten - Greece and Cyprus snubbing!

That and Lithuania ignoring Russia completely!

Sweden have got this wrapped up, can see them topping the leaderboard from start to finish

Well I was partly right anyway

That little rebellion against Russia at the end worked in Sweden's favour and it's off to Stockholm/Goteborg in 2016

Well, Monika and Vaidas did say that they believed Lithuania was moving forward and integrating with the West more!

I've decided juries are like dodgy old uncles. Trying to be daan wiv da yoof but not getting there and punishing retro songs unfairly in case it shows their age...;)

At least we know Sweden can host well! Since failure in 2010 they have a blooming good record.

One good thing about Sweden winning is that we're back to SVT who are a safe pair of hands when it comes to production and presenting. ORF fell quite flat most of the time!

Where do we think it's going? Stockholm, possibly? Give Friends Arena a run-out.

The results were great, I thought.

So happy to see Israel, Belgium and Estonia rewarded. Surprised at Germany's 0 and saddened at poor old France, but Italy's turnaround (21st to 3rd) shows success is only ever one decent song away.

UK got what it deserved - I think it's a miracle we weren't rubbing shoulders with Austria and Germany after our performance.

i think our song will have the last laugh

Is the winner press conference stream broken for anyone else's?

By the way, my stream froze when Jan Ola Sand was talking. Did he make a big announcement in the end?

The camera work during Spain's performance was awful

I hope Sweden don't mess about with running order and votes and stuff like that though

Well I'm happy enough. Some superlative performances to savour and a quite thrilling voting run for a good while. Saddened at France's placing., especially considering the reaction it got in the hall.

Stockholm held it fifteen years ago; Malmo two. Maybe Gothenburg this time?

Eurovision has been entered into the Guinness Book of World Records for the longest running music contest.
