How to contact DS/help section

How on earth do you get to contact Digital Spy? Clicking the 'contact us' link gives this:
Error 403
The item you requested is not available. It may have been moved or may not exist. Please check the URL, use the search form at the top of the page or return to the home page.
If the problem persists, please don't hesitate to contact us.
... but when you click 'contact us' you just get the same thing.
I'm looking for some help in something as there doesn't seem to be any help available and the FAQ also isn't helping. Any advice received with gratitude.

those pages load fine for me? accessed via the contact us link at the bottom of the main site homepage a moment ago.
You could also try sending a PM to one of the board moderators I suppose, such as DS Forum Support (via http://forums.digitalspy.co.uk/private.php?do=newpm&u=4135). Thats all I can think of.
