How do I update firmware on Humax Fox T2
Hi,
I have just bought a Humax Fox T2 and I assume it has the latest firmware. Given the item is no longer made, it may have the last firmware!
How do I check what firmware is on the box?
How do I update it (usb and ethernet are both ok for me)?

The following is concerned with the HDR-FOX T2. If you have the HD-FOX T2 then the procedure is the same but the latest available software is 1.02.29 unless you go for the user community's modified version in which case it's 1.02.31.

Using a fully formated (FAT32) USB flash drive. I find that it being fully formated and not 'quick' formated is essential.
The following link is titled 'Modified Firmware' but the normal software is loaded by following exactly the same steps.

For the HD-FOX T2 the latest available software 1.02.29 can be obtained from http://beta.humaxonline.co.uk/freeview-hd-t2
