Yes..Brookside (again) featured a cult leader named Simon, who brainwashed a couple of the show's main characters.
And during the '90s, a Corrie character called Zoe, left to join a cult.
There's a real life story about that in 2008. The 'man', an American, was transgender though, but hadn't removed their uterus. Not strictly a male pregnancy, but hey.
