Random Mirroring?

Just been rewatching The Snowmen and something small jumped out at me during the scene where The Doctor and Clara are running from the ice lady. Here's how the bit goes:
Ice Lady: That's the way to do it.
Clara : Why does she keep saying that?
Doctor: Mirroring, just random mirroring.
I appreciate I may be clutching at straws here, but Moffat makes little links everywhere, and the fact Clara has now repeated sentences, I'm curious as to if this has any significance. Theories...
Oh and rather than making another thread, a tiny side note about speculation I've seen on here about Matt leaving. Dorium says "At the fall of the Eleventh". This in my eyes either means, The Doctor regenerates meaning he is leaving, or simply means 'the end of the eleventh month', which seems a bit unlikely seeing as its a time travelling show!

So I suppose you could look at the entire plot as being a metaphor for Clara, or not.
Nice insight! Forgive me if I'm wrong, but I haven't heard this one come up in the speculation yet - if there's any connection to the end of the eleventh month, could it relate to specifically November 23, 1963?
Is Clara the character, somehow a 'puppet' of some sort?
