another song will probably replace it next week, these days songs rarely stay at the top of the charts for longer than 2 weeks.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who just doesn't understand this!! I saw them as (bad) surprise guests at the Mercedez Benz concert last month and they were just awful.:mad: Funny what money can do and it is a very sad indictment of the state of today's music industry. Next week should be the real test though... Hopefully they'll disappear as quickly as they've come and let truly talented people rule the charts!

True, must be gutting for them! They couldn't even get a number one with Just Can't Get Enough. The first Comic Relief song to miss out on number one for 14 years.

To be fair, "fit" guys are more likely to better than "fit" girls, hence why female pop groups on the X factor never do well (but if Girls Aloud or the Sugababes did the same it'd be fine). Its the same with JLS, most of their fans are likely to be teenage girls who think they are fit, which is fine, but I don't think anyone here suspects that "The Wanted" will be around in 20 years time or make a lasting contribution to pop music so just let it be while it is

I thought they still had the same manager... which is why the Wanted travelled with the Saturdays recently...
