I think Labour supporters, and the majority of Lib Dem supporters who are left wing, would vote even more tactically to get the handful of extra seats needed to give a Lab-Lib coalition an overall majority. They would only need another 11 seats, and with a combined 52% of the vote it would be quite easy to do.

Every way you measure it, they are gaining.
Number of seats, number of votes, swing of votes from one party to another.
And seeing Brown cling on, and Clegg playing games with the economy which is THE number one priority. Lib and Lab would be finished off.
The momentum is against them. and with the Conservatives.
