My sister has not been well again....kidney stones on the move again..in pain again and a lot of bleeding. They still won't operate until they get the say so from the breathing clinic.:(

She's at home on bed rest...has appt with clinic on Wednesday...if they say she's ok with breathing, she is penciled in for op in Feb.....but we are not holding our breath. She feels like a hamster in a cage..going round & round.:eek:

It is. She has tried everything to give up but just never seems to be able to crack it.
I gave it up thirty years ago. About five years ago I had a real craving for a ciggie, and took one of hers and the taste of it stayed in my mouth for days....yuk..not touch one since.

I stayed off ciggies for about a year and a half but was doing exams and would have killed someone if I didn't get a ciggie and that was me back on them

No...but when the kidney gets infected it spreads and ends up on her chest and makes breathing hard. She suffers from COPD (has smoked all her life)
