    Been contemplating it for a while - spending far too much time having the same old discussions.

    I dont think I can stomach another "clocks going forward/backwards" thread :D

    After 6 years - it's time to call it a day. :)

    Just go then. I don't think it needs much discussion. We'll all miss you enormously of course but somehow life will go on.

    It's polite to say good-bye when you're in a pub with people you know and you leave - I'm not sure it's really necessary on a forum of half a million people

    No disrespect to the OP but I'd never noticed him before, if there are people he wished to say farewell to why not just send a PM to them?
