Hi
When I try go on the internet or use my facebook App it says memory full and won't let me go on, how do I delete stuff so it works again?!

Try holding down the menu key (centre diamond) and then see what apps are running. Shut down any non-essential ones you may be using as this draws on the RAM memory. It's a fairly common message as reported by Wave owners.
