London Live break up

When watching London Live via satellite, during the breaks in between programmes the picture and sound break up frequently. During programmes it might do this just after it starts or starts again. Anyone else have this problem or any clues? The signal on this transponder is excellent and other channels on the same frequency do not have the same issue. I can get this channel also on Freeview and the break up does not occur but the channel is not reliable enough to watch on the terrestrial platform as I am outside of the service area. I notice also that the satellite service is 'copy protected' according to my hard drive / DVD recorder. Has this always been the case?
