chilli, but i forgot to buy kidney beans so it might be missing something!

A small tin of baked beans is an acceptable substitute in an emergency!

I had chicken breast with broccoli and peppers. It was quite dull. I literally took three things out the frige and ate them, cold!

Tea tomorrow is a more exciting, fresh pasta, home made tomato sauce with fresh basil and oregano. With crusty, home made garlic rye bread. Yum.

I've been off food lately so haven't updated for a few days as 'crisps' for dinner isn't really worth posting :p Tonight I fancy a chicken burger so will have that with some lettuce in a bit.

Arsenal on TV tonight so I'll do some picky bits - Greek salad, pitta, humous, falafel and some baked feta too.

(well done yesterday Kim by the way - good result!)

Thanks, I'm still in shock! Good luck tonight, too, though I don't you'll need it. How do you bake the feta? I've never done that.
