I smoke (heavily) as do several of my friends and we've all got good skin. I think this concept that all smokers look weathered is an exaggeration as the only smokers I know who do look very lined also happen to be sun lovers.
I wasn't actually aware that smokers had a certain look (although the government will have us wearing Stars of David next the way things are going), but then non-smokers are never aware that they can stink too.

I have to agree with you, although I gave up smoking over a year ago now, I was a heavy smoker for years and I have a very good skin as does my mother and grandmother who were also smokers for much of their lives.
It's all down to genetics, and staying out of the sun.
And yes, non smokers can stink too, Garlic, BO and over use of cheap perfume spring to mind

The again, it's not all about the smell or clear skin, there's the health issues too.
